Regular Member Jackdaniels Posted January 11, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted January 11, 2023 Good luck and happy growing. Dr pittella is a good choice for covering large areas with giga sessions. Was it 1 or 2 days procedure for the 5827 grafts ? Also can you tell us the cost per graft? Thanks.

It is usual for dr Felipe Pittella’s clinic to see 6000+ grafts procedure in just one day. the cost is also very good at 1.18 $/graft for such a good clinic. Can u share some pre op pictures with long hair ?

I personally think that, that is an excellent number of grafts for that size of area. Even with a survival rate greater than 90% + at 5200-5300 grafts for that area, especially with the hair already in your forelock this is going to look good. Following. Senior Member Zoomster Posted January 27, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted January 27, 2023 I think you have some evidence of a lower crown coronet forming . strongly recommend commencing finasteride if you’re already on it no doubt this will be another great result from Dr Pitella
Regular Member Belve Posted January 27, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted January 27, 2023 Happy growing. You got a very big number of grafts which means quite high density. Dr pittella’s works are impressive. Waiting for your future updates.

Senior Member Vann Posted January 30, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted January 30, 2023 Not sure if you got hit hard by shockloss or if you arent on medication. But I would consider taking it for a year. Given your age I am sure things are already stabilizing but in my opinion better safe than sorry. Also, looking at your pre op and post op I think you might be losing hairs in your crown. If you arent already taking any meds I would probably consider supplementing some in. Happy growing and congrats on the operation. Follow my first hair transplant journey 3,252 Grafts a minimum of 6,712 hairs June 2022

Senior Member Zinedine Posted February 10, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted February 10, 2023 Everything looks great. Donor is fantastic already after just 30 days. And the design looks really natural. I have seen fantastic results by Dr Pittella and his price at around 3$/graft is of great value. Please, please, keep and continue posting as many updates and details. Thanks a lot.
