ArochaAngel4247
This patient wanted a beard transplant to enhance his cheeks and goatee area. Dr. Arocha did a 1200 graft FUE procedure, using a .85 mm punch to extract the grafts. He's still got some growing to do - at just five months after his procedure. You can see some early growth, as well as the signs of some stubble starting to come in. Before: After: Before: After: After: Before: After: Representative and Patient Educator for: Dr. Bernardino A. MrPubeful
Looks like the grafts barely survived. I'd be mad if I used 1200 grafts and got that result quite honestly. Must be the ARTAS machine just killing all those grafts that he extracted.

That was only at 5 months. It wasn't the end result. Al Forum Moderator (formerly BeHappy) I am a forum moderator for hairrestorationnetwork.com. ArochaHair
Thank you for taking the time to view this patient’s results. His goal was not a large thick beard. He desired a more subtle outcome. Sure, 1200 grafts, sounds like a lot to you, but keep in mind that an eyebrow can require about 400 grafts and more for thicker ones. The 1200 in this beard restoration employed only 600 on each side. Observe also how much bigger, this nice gentleman’s restoration was. My goal was to make my patient happy by delivering a natural looking smaller beard enhancement! Mission accomplished!! Sorry for the long reply, but I wanted to help you have a better understanding. Mr. Pubeful, Dr. Arocha did not use the ARTAS machine on this patient. In fact, he has not used the ARTAS machine in about eight years. Representative and Patient Educator for: Dr. Bernardino A.
