Dr. Munib Ahmad - Only 2440g to cover Front + Crown! - Grey Hair - FueGenix - The Netherlands

Recommended Posts

The goal here was to establish a good natural age appropriate hairline and to also add some coverage on the crown.

Patient had no intention to undergo a separate surgery for the crown. He agreed on the fact that the coverage on the crown wasn’t going to be very dense, so I decided to do this in one surgery.

The challenge of this case was to:

  1.  Not make the front too dense. If it was made too dense, it would be caught easily by the eye as a separate part and thus look unnatural.
  2. Despite the lower implanted density to be able to achieve an optical illusion of good coverage of the front which is age appropriate.
  3. Use as few grafts as possible.

A total of only 2440 grafts were used during a one day FUE surgery. The surgery started at 08.00 and finished at 15.00

The front is covered with 2150 grafts.
The crown is covered with only 290 grafts.

I perform the whole surgery myself. Shaving, punching, extracting, making sites and placing is all done by myself.
My assistant sorts the grafts and helps me during placing.

Also, every contact made with my clinic is directly with me. I answer all the calls/emails personally. Aftercare is direct contact with me through WhatsApp.

why does the transplanted region looks so „clean“ in the directly after? i think i noticed this in zarev results too. is this normal?

It was cleaned just before the picture was taken. If you look at the top immediate post-op pic you can see water trickling down the center of the patient’s forehead after the cleaning. It makes for a better picture.

Custom made incisions for the thickness of his grafts. In that way it doesn't bleed after it's transplanted.

Also you need to take some time to spray it clean so the patient doesn't form large scabs.

What punch size is used for majority of your cases Dr? Incredible results coming out of your clinic on the daily!

Depends on thr thickness if the hair and grafts diameter. Usually 0,7 or 0,8. For singles always 0,6.

I don’t believe this. Show us the extraction site. Lot of people claim 0.7-  0.8 mm but u see the extraction holes right after and it looks more like 0.9, 0.95 or 1.0 …

To be honest, i would like that people like you would stay far away from my clinic. I should ignore this because imo the way of approaching and commenting on my statement has such a high level of ignorance. But that said, because other people who do believe what i say are also reading, i would like to share some pics taken right after the procedure.

I do understand that many surgeons lie about the punchssize, but just as your saying, you can see it on the pics taken right after surgery.

0.6 (top extractions which look bigger are 0.8). As you can see the holes are already closed right after surgery.

You couldn’t even tell probably after seeing these pics but whatever make you happy pall. I would advise you to change the way you approach others. Just my 2 cents.

P.s. i also have 0.55 mm punches in my equipment.

Kind regards,

Lol trust me I am not coming to you no matter what.

someone online compared you to an angry woman. I think the description is pretty spot on.

So you start with saying that you don’t trust that i use the punchsize i say i use and ask for proof. And when the proof is in front of your eyes you hide behind a fallacy. It would be to your credit if you had responded substantively .

In this field where doctors make all

kinds of claim, asking for proof is the Norm. Not long ago a doctor from your country was claiming to extract hair and regenerating it in the donor area.

Photos look good. I confirm the punch size, if these are immediate post op photos, are indeed small.

Yeah that’s true actually. Many docs in this field take advantage of their white coat. And i know the scam doc your talking about. But me living in the same country as him doesn’t say anything about my trustworthiness.

By the way the same scam doc uses also 0.7.

@DrMunibAhmad can patients get away with medication when choosing conservative hairline like on this patient, or maybe just minoxidil to maintain the crown?

Even with conservative hairlines the advice is always to take finasteride and minoxidil to prevent further hairloss.

@DrMunibAhmad great work as always ...i love the way you make use of grafts...always see from your results that you use grafts economically and efficiently ...and that could only be done when you have that confidence of the survival rate of the grafts implanted...

Even from your case explanation it seems you put lot of effort on properly planning the outcome and how it would look considering the age and facial features ...cause most of your post op pics are really visually appealing and natural....i love you work and your ethics...❤️

I wish i could afford you..😅
