Senior Member Mike10 Posted December 8, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted December 8, 2022 I do not like it. Young patient with almost no hair loss going under the knive. How old is the patient? Is he on Finansteride and if yes how long is he on Finansteride? How is hair loss history in the family?

Senior Member Mike10 Posted December 9, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted December 9, 2022 not too young but still young nevertheless considering this is a lifelong process. But I think this patient will do ok. I would also be better if clinics always would post more background info than just the pics

Senior Member Mike10 Posted December 11, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted December 11, 2022 I tend to agree that there is no urgent need for medication in this case. Oddly enough, the clinic did seem to recommend medication. Some clinics do recommed Finansteride in each and every case, an approach I do not agree with
