ArochaAngel4247
We wanted to share this result from a longtime patient of ours. He first came to Dr. Arocha approximately 4 years ago with severe thinning and recession. He wanted a permanent solution to address his hair loss. Dr. Arocha decided to take a multi-layered approach. This patient's very first procedure was an FUT procedure, of approximately 1000 grafts. The following year, he underwent a 1000 graft FUE procedure to continue to add density. That second procedure was followed by two smaller FUE procedures totaling another 1000 grafts to get this patient his ideal hairline! I've shown this patient over the years, but he came in last week for a follow-up, so I figured I'd share. The before images were taken before he had any of his transplants. He is on a medical regimen to mitigate any further progression of his genetic hair loss. Valued Contributor Steeeve Posted November 25, 2022 Valued Contributor Share Posted November 25, 2022 Wow. That hairline is drastic! In, like, an “I’m jealous” kinda way. 👀
Senior Member stephcurry30 Posted November 26, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted November 26, 2022 Looks good but another result where Arocha refuses to comb up the hair so we can see the density. Every other hair transplant clinic always lifts up the hair (de Freitas, Bhloxman, etc). Arocha never does. Also for 3000 grafts I would of expected a home run result but this kind of seems like a okay/decent result. Can we get photos of the graft placement immediately after all 3 surgeries?
Senior Member stephcurry30 Posted November 26, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted November 26, 2022 For reference this is what 3k worth of grafts in the front 3rd looks like: Sub par results if the same number of grafts were used in both these cases but the density is not there.
