Senior Member Hairy Henderson Posted October 13, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted October 13, 2022 Why are there random grafts placed way below the hairline? Looks to be 1+ CMs.

Didn't notice that on my initial scan. Just seems odd when they are grown out to be sparse and so far below the hairline.
Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted October 13, 2022 Administrators Share Posted October 13, 2022 The idea is that those hairs will eventually be gone. I think they did the right thing not lowering the hairline too much and instead focus on density. 1 I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I do not receive any compensation from any clinic. Senior Member Hairy Henderson Posted October 13, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted October 13, 2022 Just now, Grant said: Maybe that was his original hairline Most likely yes. It just makes an otherwise excellent result look a little weird. I guess he can just trim those hairs once a week or something so it doesn't look off.
De Freitas Clinic
Good morning to all forum members. We appreciate and value your interest and views. In this case the patient has opted for a conservative front line typical of his age and to reinforce the density in the restored areas. Senior Member Hairy Henderson Posted October 14, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted October 14, 2022 Wouldn’t it have been better to extract those low hanging grafts and insert into the hairline?
