Paying for entire surgery a month in advance, is this normal?

Hey guys. Is it normal to be asked to pay the entire balance of a hair transplant procedure a month prior to actually having the surgery? I know a deposit is mandatory but paying for everything before even having the procedure makes me a bit nervous, especially as I will be having it abroad etc.

I’m just wondering if this is standard practise?

thanks

Usually you don’t pay until a day or two before the procedure.

All of mine were a week in advance, possibly the last was 2 weeks.

Pay by credit card if it's money you could not afford to lose.  There may be a percentage fee however.
