Refused by many clinics due to poor donor area. Indeed, the donor is weak. But when every graft that is punched is used correctly, the outcome is always beyond satisfying. 
 

I perform the whole surgery myself. Shaving, punching, extracting, making sites and placing is all done by myself. 
My assistent sorts the grafts and helps me during placing. 
 

Also every contact made with my clinic is directly with me. I answer all the calls/emails personally. Aftercare is direct contact with me through WhatsApp. 
 

All surgerys started at 08.00 and finished around 15.00.

 

A total of only 2413 grafts were used.

Were any grafts added to the small centrally thinned area just below back of the crown?  It seems better in the post-tx photo and improves the fade look from the rear. 

I have a similar thinned area below my main balding crown and would like that small area filled during a first pass frontal/mid HT so the fade haircut is uniform around the back of head.

There were no grafts placed on the crown. You could try medication to regain hairs here.

I always say to my patients that even a failed hair transplant wil look good on a average quality photo. The high res photos show the difference between a good and a perfect one.

There are 3500 grafts in the bank left.

Here is a video of the combthrough. As you can notice, it is even hard to get through the hair with the comb due to the density.
