Senior Member HairEnthusiast101 Posted September 14, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted September 14, 2022 Dr wow! Incredible work! Patient has insane density. Two question. What was the density cm2 used on the patient? Finally the patient used about 6500 grafts and could still potentially thin in the forelock or more in the crown…how do you go about getting more grafts? Potential beard grafts or more form the donor and if so how much is left in that thin donor?

The density cm2 is something what is often discussed online, but it al depends on the grafts placed in that cm2. When the grafts are good, with no transection, and you make all the grafts grow, then there is no need to go for 60 FU/cm2. Patient stil has 20% virgin scalp left (1500 grafts). Forelock won't be needed, as there are enough hairs placed in this area. 2 Art-Gallery: https://fuegenix.nl/art-gallery/Before and After: https://fuegenix.nl/haartransplantatie/voor-en-na/All cases of my patients on HRN:https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/search/?&q=Fuegenix&search_and_or=or

Great work by the way. Definitely going to be a doctor to follow for the coming years!

Regular Member NegativeNorwood Posted April 17, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted April 17, 2023 Incredible work, as always. I'm eager to see the third transplant result, the hairline design looks perfect, with temples included. "Mature hairline" is euphemism for balding. Senior Member Z-- Posted April 17, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted April 17, 2023 Exquisite result. Love the density (particularly given the low graft count) and planning is top-tier.

Senior Member DeltaV Posted April 18, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted April 18, 2023 Super work Dr. Munib and the temples look great and blends very well with the posterior hair. Sorry if you have been asked this before but could you explain your philosophy for temple recreation. I mean the selection of hair and design. I know you mentioned earlier that they only look good if the hair is grown longer.

If the donor grafts are good then less grafts have to be put in an area to make it look dense , which results in lower transection rate. This gives the patient option to use more grafts all over the scalp with good density throughout.

Imo the hair needs to have a max micron size + max flexibility to ensure it looks 100% natural. That’s why I don’t recreate temples with every hair type. I have my own ways of measuring the suppleness. The depth of the incision at the temple area plays also a very big role in making it look natural. I’m writing a textbook about it which i will publish in the future. It’s a guide for patients to follow to ensure that they get a natural outcome. 2 1 Art-Gallery: https://fuegenix.nl/art-gallery/Before and After: https://fuegenix.nl/haartransplantatie/voor-en-na/All cases of my patients on HRN:https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/search/?&q=Fuegenix&search_and_or=or

Regular Member hairywannabe Posted April 18, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted April 18, 2023 Kudos for showing the picture taken slightly from the bottom which exposes the regrowth density, every result should be presented like that. Too many people don't realize how easy it is to camouflage a poor result with proper pictures. Great work! 1

Regrettably, many individuals are unaware of these aspects and often end up with unexpected outcomes due to wishful thinking. Great job on bringing this up, keep up the good work! 1 Art-Gallery: https://fuegenix.nl/art-gallery/Before and After: https://fuegenix.nl/haartransplantatie/voor-en-na/All cases of my patients on HRN:https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/search/?&q=Fuegenix&search_and_or=or
