The surgery's objective was to fill in the hairline and improve mid scalp/Crown area while staying cautious with the miniaturized hairs the patient still had which evidently improved by committing to both Minoxidil and Finasteride. Using Minoxidil in particular can be a game changer for patients who still have fine hairs and can eventually reduce the amount of grafts that is needed to achieve a good result.
