Looks all normal to me. Like Melvin said it looks densely packed which I'm sure will give you an excellent result. Keep on the post op care and keep the recipient site moisturized with saline or whatever the surgeon specifies. Your scab removal day is going to be cathartic, I promise you.

I see your 6 day post op pics but that does not show your condition before transplant

For 6 months that’s decent growth.  The next few months it should really thicken up.  
 

How are you feeling about it so far? 

At first I was a bit nervous because I thought it would look more dense, but Dr. B told me the same thing you did. So I’m remaining hopeful.
