Regular Member N1CK Posted July 31, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted July 31, 2022 (edited) Hey community, Today I would like to share with you my 2 months post OP update. Medication: Fin + Dut + Minox, 3x a week Ketozolin shampoo. About 2-3 week ago (5 - 6 week post OP), the heavy shock loss started. After the promising result of week 1 -4 post-OP, it is now in the current situation very difficult to imagine that the final result is supposed to look good. But is guess I just have to be patient… I did not only lose some of the transplanted hair, I also have the feeling that my non-transplanted hair are heavily impacted by the transplant and it looks very diffuse right now, as you can see on the pictures. Is this in your view a normal progress? One year before OP, with short hair. Edited July 31, 2022 by N1CK deleted one image
Senior Member Min12 Posted July 31, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted July 31, 2022 This is the disheartening stage but should end by month 4, still looking a bit red but you should start noticing changes from next month usually m.

Senior Member Britanium Posted July 31, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted July 31, 2022 This is the worst stage (ugly duckling) and what you’re seeing is perfectly normal for month 2. It won’t start to kick off until around month 4 (for most)
Senior Member TheGreatPretender Posted August 11, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted August 11, 2022 Hopefully in two to three months time things will speed up and the hair will come back in strenght. I will keep following your results because I am in a similar situation and will have my surgery next year with De Freitas. Keep em coming.
Regular Member N1CK Posted October 1, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted October 1, 2022 (edited) Hi everyone, I was quite busy in the past weeks and I missed the 3 months update end of August. So I share here now with you the status after 3 months and the current status after 4 months. I think there is quite some progress but still a long way to go... I have to be patient. 3 months post OP: Edited October 1, 2022 by N1CK

Senior Member Spring15 Posted November 2, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted November 2, 2022 I foresee a beautiful new hair line in the next few months The side of your head where your donor was taken looks a tad overharvested though? Doesn't really matter though
Senior Member splitting hairs Posted November 5, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted November 5, 2022 It's growing in nicely!! You should be pretty happy in a few months! Are you getting any side effects after adding in the Dutasteride 3x a week? _________________________________________________ Propecia since July 2008 2201 Grafts with Dr Lorenzo on 19.10.22 - See my write up here:

Regular Member disTressedHairline Posted July 9, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted July 9, 2023 Always a question when people disappear after a procedure. I'm guessing (hoping) that they are so happy that they don't think about hair loss anymore, thus, they don't come back here as it's not on their mind. Hope you see this @N1CK and come back and give us some news.
