For almost 20 years I am betting he had HT with a chance of fibers or hair system enhance add ons, I don't think he had a hairloss problem, either it was a minor NW1.5 - NW2 or his forehead stretched higher which can happen to some men on their 40's- 50's, in Hollywood they used to do stretch cosmetic surgery before HT procedures had good results.

Interesting, I don’t know if an ethical surgeon would lower his hairline lower than when he was a child.

This is why many celebrities don't advertise the surgeons names, they probably pay them very high cost with a customized consent I believe.

100% system. Hairline doesn't look natural at all. The hair is also way too thick for it at that age. If its a hair transplant, then his doctor is no surgeon, but practices black magic to get that density.

HT done in the late 90s with maybe another in the early to mid 2000s.

It looks like a system when concealers and other products are used to bulk it out.

There's a picture here where it looks a lot more natural:  https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-9112257/Sylvester-Stallone-buys-35M-Bermuda-style-seven-bedroom-Palm-Beach-estate-Florida.html

Picture in video is probably a hair system for a movie role, but apparently there's a good chance he had a hairline lowering done surgically.

Apparently there's a very fine linear scar that runs across the very top edge of his frontal hairline. I think Matt Dominance did a follow up video where initially he said it was a hair transplant.

With all the nip/tuck procedures Stallone has had, forehead reduction surgically and a hair transplant combination are the two most likely things imo.
