Dr. Vladimir Panine Posted December 31, 2021 Share Posted December 31, 2021 This 28-year-old gentleman had a hair loss pattern of a class 3v on the Hamilton Norwood hair loss scale. The patient’s goal was to rebuild his hairline and add density to the frontal 1/2 of his scalp. The patient’s goal was well suited to his needs and therefore I planned the surgery accordingly. I paid careful attention when creating the hairline, as I wanted to reconstruct a hairline that would be suitable for him as he continued to age. A total of 2,400 grafts were used in the frontal 1/2 of his head. These are his results 11 months post-op. His results will continue to improve over the next 3 months. The patient is presently on Finasteride 1mg and is extremely happy with his results. 2 Dr. Vladimir Panine is a member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians.
