Regular Member eb21007 Posted December 3, 2021 Regular Member Share Posted December 3, 2021 Hey guys, Just did my procedure with Dr. Nader. Initially planned on 2-2500 grafts, but once in person he decided on 1650. Ended up doing 1720 because of extra grafts selected. I could write a full page on Dr. Nader and why I would recommend him. Red carpet treatment from hotel accommodations, transportation to and from the clinic, the staff ( absolutely beautiful women), and Dr. Nader's genuine interest in his patients. I will make this is a journal if people are interested. I have made other post in the past and not to much interaction so really not going to waste time if there's no interest. I do have to say thx to the guys on here that led me to Dr. Nader because I was booked for Turkey.

Regular Member eb21007 Posted December 10, 2021 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 10, 2021 Hey Guys! about to post a series of pics . I will try to keep them somewhat organized. I will start with my donor stats and what was used. Dr. Nader stated that 80+ FUs/cm2 is classified as a thick donor area. Unfortunately I am only 60-65+ FUs/cm2 ...I had two small FUT ( 1998 and 2008) ...about 2k grafts Here is the breakdown of what was used for 1726 grafts : singles: 314 doubles : 1042 triples : 349 quads : 21 avg 2.04 fu/cm2 As you can see in the photos donor area was shaved ...implant area was cut short ..almost buzzed. I did not ask to keep longer hair or to buzz all the way. Dr. Nader made this decision. I do wish, I could have covered more temples and lower the hairline BUT ...I do not think my donor supply would have allowed this and to have a thick enough result. I feel thickness is more important. Guess I shall see in 2022 .

Regular Member Jayp805 Posted December 11, 2021 Regular Member Share Posted December 11, 2021 Looks good man! Thank you for posting. I like the hairline design and I bet it’s gonna look really good and natural on you. Keep us updated - I’ll be following along with you as I’m gonna be about a month behind you with my own Nader transplant. (and as JC said for some reason the day 2 and 3 photos don’t seem to be showing)

Regular Member eb21007 Posted December 12, 2021 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 12, 2021 Day 12 : with hair pushed down can't even tell i have had a HT ...kinda blown away by that. A few years ago I had a newbie do smp on fut scar areas, so that's why its discolored and patchy. It covers the scars fine when my hair is longer. r.
Regular Member Jayp805 Posted December 13, 2021 Regular Member Share Posted December 13, 2021 Yeah that is pretty amazing that you can pull it off already at only 12 days out haha. Looks like it’s healing super well in the donor area too 👍
Regular Member eb21007 Posted March 11, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted March 11, 2022 My thread hasn't really recvd much interest but I do need to ask a question. As you can see, I got my ht done Dec 1st 2021 ...about 3.5 months ago. I see no changes ..no stubble etc ...I am definitely concerned. Is this normal or could it possibly be that my grafts never took to being implanted? Thx

I would say most people will have something beginning to sprout at this point at least, but it by no means indicates it's going to be a failure if you haven't yet.

Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted March 11, 2022 Administrators Share Posted March 11, 2022 Can you share some pictures? I’ve always seen good work from Dr. Nader. 3 months is very early, I’m just a month behind and I’m barely getting back to baseline. 1 I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. At 3 months most have zero growth. You’ve already started growing well. Definitely nothing to be concerned over, you should be excited. Btw it hasn’t been 3.5 months. I had mine in January 1st and I’m not at 2.5 months. You count the days. 3.5 months will be on the 16th since there’s 31 days this month. Speeding up the time frame, is a sure way to disappoint yourself unnecessarily. 1 I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I do not receive any compensation from any clinic.
