tamgelikah
Just took a closer look and my Rogain Foam expired as of 12/08. I've got 3 bottles left. Anyone think its a problem to use it for a few months and it still be effective? Thanks!
Bill - Seemiller
tamgelikah, I'm a firm believer that you never use expired medication. Why risk it? In my opinion, purchase a new bottle of Rogaine foam. Best wishes, Bill
Senior Member mmhce Posted January 14, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted January 14, 2009 The expirary date is a mean normal of statistical studies and defines a point in time up until the phamarcological effect and physiological manifestation thereof is effective. It is highly probable that the drug would remain effective for a short period after. How short is only know by the drug manufacturers. I.e. the potency diminishes over some exponential relationship with time. You can use out the old supply but get a new supply as soon as possible. take care...
