Senior Member L0ke Posted June 21, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted June 21, 2021 FUE and extractions performed on a 46-year old Caucasian male with • 1 FUT (2013) and 2 FUE ex domo • NW V-IV • Donor density of 84 FU/cmÇ occipital, 76 FU/cmÇ parietal, 76 FU/cmÇ temporal • Hair diameter of ~ 56-64 microns Treatment plan Extraction of wrong-placed, wrong-directed and wrong-angulated FU in the frontal hairline and in the crown area. Follicular Unit Extraction to repair and attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the crown area. Extraction of pluggy FU in the hairline and midhead section. Performed procedures 1. Extraction of 301 FU (November 29, 2016) In 2017, the patient underwent a FUE with about 2000 FU ex domo to restore the hairline (we advised to have the treatment in another professional clinic since we could not offer a surgery date anymore that year) 2. Extraction of 130 FU (May 29, 2018) 3. FUE (April 5, 2019) Follicular Unit Extraction with 2153 FU: * 233 single hair FU * 1253 double hair FU * 642 triple and quadruple hair FU HGI: 2,1 4.
