Yesterday I had FUE with Dr Nadimi

I flew into Chicago from Florida to have the procedure done. I had 2000 grafts performed. All in all, the day last ~10 hours. Final results are pending but I can speak to the experience. It was, by far, the best medical experience I have ever been privy to. The staff is beyond reproach, treating you like royalty. The entire process from when you get there to the end of the day was extremely choreographed, like a well oiled machine. Up to this point, I highly recommend Dr Nadimi. Ive attached some same day photos. I will be 44 this year.  Once I get ahold of the professional pictures that were taken at the clinic, I will post those. These are just from my iPhone. Please feel free to ask any questions.

The first picture is before the surgery, immediately after the shave. The following 2 are post surgery.

Dr. Nadimi has continued to impress me. Her work is looking virtually identical to Dr. Konior. Excited to see your progress.

any hairloss in the crown? looks thin based off those shaved pics, but I can't tell.

also - how long was the wait list for Nadimi?

Definite hair loss in the crown, but she deemed it not enough for surgery at this time. Maybe soon. Ive just begun adding topical dutasteride and minoxidil to my scalp, we we will see how effective they are on the vertex.

The wait time was fairly long, I scheduled in Sept for the soonest available, which ended up being yesterday.

This morning I found a graft on the bedsheet. I’m quite certain I didn’t touch my scalp as I ensured my hands were unable to reach my head. Is this common for some to fall out? I am 3 days post op.

As others have mentioned, nothing to worry about. It is merely a hair shaft that has shed not the graft. There would have been significant blood if a graft was dislodged on day 3. You're good!

Bosley 11-2016 FUE - 1,407 grafts

Dr. Diep 09-2017 FUE - 2,024 grafts

Dr. Konior 03-2020 FUE - 2,076 grafts

Dr. Konior 09-2021 FUE - 697 scalp to scalp, FUE - 716 beard to beard Total scalp FUE - 6,204 grafts

This will be an easy homerun for Dr. Nadimi.
