JohnAC71 1,773
Could you please give some details of your previous procedures ? Graft counts/which Clinic etc. How the donor area is looking ? Previous ht pics if you have them. Difficult to know how many grafts you have left in the bank. JohnAC71 1,773
I would get some virtual consultations done. Have you seen the forums recommended list ? https://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/Consult-a-Physician/hair-transplant-surgeons.asp?sr=HRN-MOB Have you done much research in to what clinics you would look at for your FUE?
Jnass 2
I've been quoted from 2500-3500 without touching the crown area although not sure how dense that would be.

Jnass 2
Frontal third is everything but the crown? I think I'm going to do it with Dr. Alvarez in Colombia since I'm from Colombia Edited Wednesday at 03:28 PM by Jnass
JohnAC71 1,773
Actually that is a ok clinic. Although it’s always worth checking out others that maybe further afield also. Edited Wednesday at 03:09 PM by JohnAC71

Administrators Melvin-Moderator 3,710 Posted Thursday at 10:06 AM Administrators Share Posted Thursday at 10:06 AM To be honest, you need at least 3,500 grafts to restore the frontal third. I don't know where you got grafts placed, but it doesn't look like you have much of the hairline left. For your case, I agree FUE is probably your best bet. You need a clinic that can perform large FUE procedures at once. Eugenix comes to mind, Hasson and Wong, Dr. De Freitas, etc. Take your time and submit as many virtual consultations as possible. 1 I do not provide medical advice, recommendations, all responses are my opinion.
