1834 FUE grafts- Dr. Taleb Barghouthi- Vertex Hair clinic

Recommended Posts

Dear community,

This is a 43 year old gentleman who had a limited FUE procedure done on June 29th 2020 . He is a NW 3V with a family history of the same. His donor area is good with good hair calibre. He was concerned about the see through effect in his crown and also some thinning and recessions in the hairline. We did around 1800 grafts for both the frontal and crown zones to add definition and density. He is a very reasonable gentleman in terms of not wishing to lower the hairline too much or add anything that could be "unnatural" looking

Photos were taken  at around 8 months from surgery. Patient placed on finasteride 1 mg alternate days.

Surgical details:

FUE 0.9 mm punch

Hairline 352 refined single hairs

1482 multiple grafts

Average of 2.62 hairs/graft.

Sites made using 0.8 mm and 1.4 mm Sapphire blades.

Very nice and refined work. The Pt's hair characteristics helped as well. Thank you for sharing.
