Patients details Sex: Male. Country: Brasil. Age: 44 years old. Norwood class: NW III Hair Characteristics: Brown / Straight / Medium caliber. Surgical plan: Restoration of hair line, and central zone in two days of intervention. Density: 85 Ufs/cm2. Technique used: FUE Hair / grafts breakdown (First intervention): 1 Grafts - 148 = 148 Hairs. 2 Grafts - 866 = 1732 Hairs. 3 Grafts - 1513 = 4539 Hairs. 4 Grafts – 604 = 2416 Hairs. 5 Grafts - 92 = 460 Hairs. Total: 3.223 Grafts = 9.295 cabellos. Average: 2,88 Hairs / Grafts. Post operative followed treatment: Personalized treatment. The recent postings from this clinic certainly sets the bar to a new level for the current recommended clinics on here to prove their seat at the table - this patient had medium calibre hair which isn’t extraordinary IMO. I've been looking at some of your posts and I've seen that the Dr likes to combine Fin and Dut. Any reasons for that? do the Dr recommends adding one Dut pill to Fin? or just using Dut? For this reason, at Clínica de Freitas every patient is evaluated and treated in a personalized way, with the objective of indicating the interventions and treatments that offer the best results in his or her particular case. These treatments are not the same for each individual. On the other hand, we perform a continuous follow-up to review the evolution of each person. In some cases Dr. has observed that certain patients do not need to take Dut every day and has obtained good results combining it with Finasteride.
