He wanted to thicken up his frontal scalp as he was finding it too easy to see through his hair. He wanted to be able to cut his hair short so we chose to go with FUE. The frontal hairline was not transplanted but the areas of most significant thinning were targeted. The patient is extremely happy with the improvement so far, approximately 10 months from the date of surgery. He received 310 single grafts, 491 two-hair grafts, and 146 three hair grafts for a total of 947 grafts.
