Senior Member aaron1234 Posted November 5, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted November 5, 2020 This patient has remaining native hair in the recipient area which raises the likelihood of permanent shock loss, but Dr. K works with such care during surgery it minimizes this risk. This is also why his immediate post-op pics are always so clean, and just check out that one week post-op pic of the donor region! Senior Member Curious25 Posted November 5, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted November 5, 2020 Thread bookmarked for future reference, and has now confirmed my choice of surgeon for next procedure. Have admired Dr K’s work for a good few years online now, and I was waiting to find a case just like this - patients hair loss pattern mimics what I am predicting my loss to get to over the next few years, so to see a result like this with only 2000 grafts is amazing. Well done to all involved, and thankyou for sharing.

And looks like the patient came in for a second session for the crown. Senior Member rob7331 Posted November 5, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted November 5, 2020 Can anybody explain to me how Dr. Konior is so clean with his implantations? It almost looks like there were no incisions at all, like the hair just always naturally existed there. There's really no other doctor I've seen that has an immediate post-op looking like this. Would this kind of result be attainable for the lower third frontal strip? Also, could you explain a little about this sentence: 'the strategy of using a thick-to-thin transition along front-to-back and left-to-right vectors was deemed best' I'm not so familiar with this terminology...
