Regular Member jsmyth Posted October 29, 2020 Regular Member Share Posted October 29, 2020 I know that when you get a hair transplant that the grafts per cm² are less than on a non-balding scalp. If you aren't a high NW and are able to get upwards to the max grafts per cm², what are the styling options like? Does longer hair look too thin still? Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted October 29, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 29, 2020 A good surgeon will place the hair the same way native hair grows, in the front the hair grows at a 10 degree angle, and moves upwards towards the middle. In the crown, the hair grows flat against the skin in the whorl. The temple points are also flat against the skin. Transplanted hair is healthy hair and is not thin when longer.
