It was around 3500-4000 grafts. Please Bbe honest and let me know how my new hairline looks, does it really have around 4000 grafts and how is the hair density. As for density, a lot will also depend on how many double, triple and multiple follicular units have been implanted. In the meantime, I wish you luck. Regarding the space on each side, my doctor said its better to keep those to not to disturb existing hairs. And will be covered and won't be able to see the difference once hair starts growing.
