The before images depict his growth after his first procedure with this other doctor. The patient underwent a repair FUT hair transplant with Dr. Arocha, which consisted of 1500 grafts. I don't know how many grafts were used in the first procedure, but what I do know is that he went to a doctor who markets himself as the leading neograft surgeon in Texas. The transplant showed poor angle and direction and pitting, as well as poor growth. Additionally, there were visible FUE donor scars. That's why educating yourself as a consumer is so important. That's why we always encourage our patients to do their research. You need to make sure that the doctor has multiple patient photos he can show, and that he/she can provide multiple views of each patient at different stages of the patient's journey! He is thrilled with this corrective result. The before images were taken AFTER his failed transplant with a different doctor in Houston. This just goes to show that you really need to do your research when it comes to hair transplant doctors.
