Looking great man, you’re definitely a fast grower. Enjoy that mane 👏🏼

Thanks mate, appreciate that.

Even if this was my full result now, I'd honestly be happy and consider it a success. Feel 100x better about my hair now.

Admittedly, like many people, I've already started to pick fault and can feel myself wanting to 'chase perfection'. But I'm holding back for any further procedures for the future!

Ah niceone mate - I really hope it goes well for you. Demirsoy does good work from what I've seen on here. I'm definitely happy.

Will you be posting a thread on this forum? If so ill keep an eye out on how you get on. Good luck and just enjoy the experience, its like a mini holiday!

All the best

Thank you so much!!! I’m annoyed I didn’t arrive a day earlier. I literally get there and go straight into surgery the next morning. I fly out 2 days after surgery so it will be a hotel quick stay for me. How is Turkey right now with all the restrictions during COVID?

How was it

I will look at posting a onto the forum for sure.

Itll still be a nice little break for you, I went 2 days before and left the day after the procedure but either way you've some the same amount of time there.

When I went in July, you had to wear a mask everywhere including (from what I could gather) outside as everyone seemed to be wearing them. Might be wrong but I just went with it.

Restaurants and bars were all open so hopefully they are for you now.

I honestly really enjoyed my time there, apart from walking around with £4000 in my bag constantly worried.

7 MONTH UPDATE

Hi all, there has been some progression between month 6 and 7 which I've tried to show in the images below.

The hairline feels much better and I'm guessing it's near enough at full result - very happy with it, would I like it lower? Yes, will I have another FUE to improve the hairline / lower it? Maybe in the future.

The crown is improving week by week, I can use minoxidil again (consistently) and I continue to use Finasteride which I believe is helping a lot.

Overall, if this was my full result I would be content with it. However I really hope it keeps improving. New hairs are still sprouting in the crown.

Definitely some nice progress and improvement...especially looking back at your start. 👍🏻

Thanks dude - I am very happy.

It could definitely be better, however from where I started I am really pleased with it.

Thanks, I'm really pleased so far.

Quite hopeful for more progress on the crown too!

I would say though, I think fin/minox have helped too, my native hair on the crown has thickened a fair bit. So I wouldn't say its entirely down to Demirsoy that I've started showing some thickening.

Mate if this procedure is anything to go by you can safely assume you would be able to get another 1k grafts into the hairline to increase density and lower it a little. I can see by your pics why you'd want to, I'm in the same boat actually at 7 months. But in saying that, you look great already!

Thanks, my plan is to wait a few more years to see what happens with my hair re further loss.

The plan would be to top the crown up if it needs it (which i think it might) and also fill the corners of my hairline in slightly, while also increasing the density on the hairline.

At the minute though I'm really happy with it, ill only go ahead with a second fue if I see further loss. Whether that's 2 years or 10 years, that's when ill probably go for it.

And finally...

This is when I washed my hair with 0 drying, the pictures were taken immediately after washing and rinsing my hair so it's soaked. Just so you guys can see it under the harshest of conditions.

I find that using a hair dryer to dry my hair helps massively with the appearance of my hair. Along with minox foam which I swear makes hair look thicker after application??

Let me know what you all think, I'm really curious to see what other people think of it so far?

I'm really happy with the before and after so far, but I'm not sure if I'm seeing it with rose tinted glasses on because I'm desperately hoping for a good result.

It looks good through out. The wet pics really show balanced density.

Thanks mate. I wanted to show the wet / under direct light pictures to really demonstrate the true result.

I think Demirsoy produces some very consistent results but they're usually a 7.5/10 every time. There are the odd excellent and or below average results, but he seems to knock out 'good' results all the time.

I think I chose him for that reason, I felt like it would be a decent result with little risk of a bad result and a tiny chance of a very good one. If that makes sense?!
