Was this your first procedure?  I remember the redness lasted longer for me in the first procedure than the others.  Like almost 9 months.  Don't worry though, it'll eventually be better in time.  Annoying I know...  Avoid sunburns.

I really didn't use anything regularly.  Maybe Hydrocortisone 1% on occasion.  Eventually it just went away.

I had redness on my transplanted area too for a long time. It did eventually didappear by itself. I don't think so it is something you should be worried about. It should go away by itself even if you don't use any products for it.

Advice:  Go see a good dermatologist.  Could be dermatitis, folliculitus, irritation from some topical, ect. ect.  You might benefit from clobetasol shampoo, if  necessary, (prescription required).  There are dozens of minor skin ailments.  Could be allergic reaction to something or many other things.  Dr. of Derm will settle it for you.  Call now.  Better to know than wonder and worry.
