This 29 years old patient underwent hair transplant from other clinics twice, in 2015 and 2017 with 2000 and 1500 FUE grafts respectively, but he was not satisfied by the plugy & straight hairline design, wrong angle & direction of implanted grafts as well as the density at the middle part

• Extraction of wrongly placed grafts

• Interstitial graft implantation to fix plugy impressions
