I was a solid Norwood VI and had about 7,000 grafts performed in two surgeries. I did have very good donor area which made my decision much easier. What's causing that? The same thing (DHT) that causes hair loss in other areas. He's simply getting closer to realizing his final NW7 pattern. All the hairs above that spot will eventually go as well.
