Best Hair transplant doctor in NYC or globally that will perform the procedure without the use of Minoxidil and Finasteride?

I am based in NYC.  Considering getting the procedure done without drugs.  Would consider other doctors globally as well.  I have an outstanding donor supply on nape, beard and body, but I will not take the above mentioned drugs ever again, due to adverse side effects.
