Skin discoloration from HT

I am someone who's gets dark discoloration from injuries to my skin.  Most times they fade in time but, sometimes they become permanent.  Has anyone heard of or seen permanent skin discoloration from a transplant?  Or if there is anyone here who is in the same boat as me has had a transplant?  If so, how did it work out for you?  
I've seen a couple of threads about this but, there have been no updates on them.  TYIA.

Where is it ? Have you got pictures ? What did your doctor say ?

Sorry, I should have been more clear - I haven't gotten a transplant yet.  I was just wondering if there was anyone who also gets easily scarred and has had a transplant.  Or if anyone has heard of permanent scarring or discoloration (in the recipient area) from a transplant.

I can’t say I’ve ever seen discoloration in the recipient but that doesn’t mean it’s not possible. The donor will obviously have scarring whatever method, fue/fut is used. The color and severity of the donor scarring has a lot to do with your own healing characteristics. I’d follow up with a well known doctor regarding your question if you’re super concerned though.
