When ever I feel like my crown isn’t the best I just look at my before and after photos and the difference is unreal. All the meds are still the same. You've been pretty much completely bald! I would be curious to see how your hair looks right now when you spike it up a bit just like you did in month 8. Is there a difference? Other than that, a touch of hair fibers and you have a full set of hair! If you're planning for another surgery, you could reconstruct temporal peaks and put some in crown and it will be a home run. I'm glad your surgeon didn't over harvest more than he said was practical. Your hair all over looks all the better for it. I love the crown work. You still have a bit more of growing to go. Yes I’m over the moon with how far it’s come I was pretty much bald tbf it’s no short of amazing the result I’ve had. I will send a photo in of it spiked up mate when I get time for you and anybody else interested in how it looks. Thanks mate yes I am considering a second HT in the future maybe in a year or 2 hopefully I can keep any further hair loss at bay with the meds and then a 2nd HT to finish things off.
