Regular Member gemini Posted January 17, 2020 Regular Member Share Posted January 17, 2020 (edited) I've consulted multiple clinics, telling them my goals of restoring my frontal hairline, sending them the same pictures, and I've gotten a varying range of number of graphs, from 1,500-2,000. How should I think about this? How should this factor into clinic selection? Why are the estimates 33% different? Thanks! Abi28
That's totally normal, it's only an estimate unless one doctor estimated 2000 grafts and another 4000 then you should be asking questions otherwise 1500-2000 is completely fine

Senior Member LaserCap Posted January 17, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted January 17, 2020 In the world of hair transplants 500, 1000 is not that much different. And now much less when you consider the densities doctors are achieving in a single procedure. The norm should always be - do as many as you can afford. Ask the doctors you are consulting with to show you photos of results with those graft numbers. That ought to help.
