Senior Member CosmoKramer Posted December 22, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted December 22, 2019 The mg amount is not that important what’s important is if the version you are purchasing and taking is 85-90% standardized which is its potency and more important, it should say it on the label if not then look for one that does, but these usual come in 160mg softgels that you take (2) per day for a total 320mg a day.
