As a general rule, I wouldn't count on any supplements and vitamins to significantly improve the state of your hair in regards to MPB. They may make your existing hair slightly thicker, shinier, or maybe have your nails and hair grow faster, but in terms of MPB, I wouldn't expect any results.

I am a patient advocate for Dr. Parsa Mohebi in Los Angeles, CA. My views/opinions are my own and don't necessarily reflect the opinions of Dr. Mohebi and his staff.

Thank you for responding. i don't count on them to improve the state of the hair, but i'm after second transplant and i'm taking MSM and Biotin for a year and ten months because i don't want to use medicine. just wondering if L-Arginine can help the hair in anyway?
