Great results. Dr. Soni was there any reason that you went with the FUT and not FUE technique? Was the patient recommended finasteride, minoxidil or any other medicine?

The patient opted for the FUT procedure to preserve his safe donor area, he has a family history of baldness (genetic). So he wanted to preserve his donor area for future sessions, which could be used if he lost his previous hair.

Patient is applying topical solution (Minoxidil) and taking PRP therapy on regular intervals to slow down the progression of hair loss.

So, if opted for FUT technique does the hair grow back on the donor area as compared to no growth in FUE?

Also Minoxidil works best if taken with finasteride. Why wasn't the same prescribed?
