Looking for opinions on the necessity of a beard and eyebrows transplants

Images attached. Problem areas shown in red, as identified by me. (Face hidden for professional purposes.)

Some thinning spots on beard (completely bald), only on the sides. Eyebrows seem the same on the ends. Mostly looking to fix the thickness rather than shape alteration.

25 years old. Beard can be done in HDC (Cyprus). Not sure ATM where eyebrows are done well here.

It is evident you are experiencing the hereditary condition given your temporal loss.  But when patients also have "spots," it can mean a number of things including areata.  The first thing I would do is go to the dermatologist and have them scope.

If it is areata, the hair could return and the spot reappear somewhere else.  And, if you do transplants, the condition can also affect the grafts.

Your eyebrows just seem thin.  The problem there is the fact we don't have such specialized hair anywhere else in the body.  That is, grafts will typically be taken from behind the ear.  This is where the finest hair is, (that's permanent). But the hair caliber will still be very thick in comparison to the hair in the eyebrow and it will stick like a sore thumb out and look unnatural.  My suggestion is leave them alone.

Have you consulted with a hair transplant doctor?

I wouldn’t be concerned with those spots. If you let your beard grow longer those spots will disappear. Save your grafts. Your hairline is receding and those grafts would be better suited for the top of your scalp.

Did you try applying minoxidil on your beard? A year ago I had a similiar bald spot on my right cheek. I always go through my beard before washing the minox of my hands and today the bald spot is invisible and hairs are growing in this area.
you should try it

I will begin with the beard then. My previous hair clinic is already informed of my interest. A specialist will check my hair transplant progress next month and then we will see the beard. I will be sure to mention your helpful advises. Thank you very much for the educated contribution

I am 1.5 months post OP on the scalp hair, hopefully it will turn out well and I will not need so many grafts in the future. In RE to the hairline, the doctor was already reluctant to drop it any lower due to being low already. My goal is to wait until I have visible scalp progress and to do the beard only then (if deemed useful).

Hey, thanks. I did use Mino (hair, beard, eyebrows) - not much effect except thickness (in RE to bald spots, meaning that bald spots remained bald). As mentioned by another user, bald spots only disappear when I'm fully shaven or hobo mode (scruffy) on, LOL

I enjoy your posts.  I was toying with the idea of filling out the eyebrows, but it sure doesn't seem like it would be worth it.
