Hello everyone,

I come to you to share my future transplant experience which will start in a little more than a week.
Indeed I scheduled an intervention on 8 and 9 August in Brussels with Doctor Lupanzula.
Estimation of follicular units planned in FUE, from 2200 to 2800 UF.
I would try to update the forum with pictures as often as possible.
Below below my photos to date before the ball to zero, never try elsewhere.

Here I am back from Brussels since yesterday, I can tell you that everything went well with Dr. Lupanzula, friendly and very professional.
These two assistants are charming and have allowed me to have a good time.
I enclose all the photos of these two days, the doctor has kindly taken the pictures with my digital, the photos are not very good qualities.
Here is the number of implanted grafts:

1 UF: 588
2UF: 1166
3 UF: 829
4 UF: 72

TOTAL UF's = 2655 Number of hair 5695

I would update from time to time.

We can see the instruments used, the two punches used at the bottom to the media are of diameters 0.8mm and 0.9mm. Left and right are the famous syringes of anesthesia, for infos, they are not pleasant, I asked for smaller but not possible.

Hello everyone, updated at + 8 days:
Here I finally pass the course of the 1st week 

 

From today I can make my first shampoo with Mixa BB, after using the shampoo Isobétadine of course.
First circular movement on the transplant, wah it rains crusts in my shower, strange sensation of touching its small peaks, I do not rub too much, history of not too aggressed, I rinse to the maximum to evacuate the crusts, surprising the difference between The photos before the shower and afterwards. (See below).
A close look at some crusts, but do not insist on removing them!
My scalp seems to take a nice light pink color, from this day I will apply Gel to Aloe Vera 98%, Bio product, Advised by Dr. Lupanzula.
My overall impression is pretty good at first glance.

back from my holidays 

 

 I come to you with the new photos on D + 19!
To start with, I started to lose my grafted hair from the 13th day post op 

 

I can tell you that at this time there is a doubt even if I knew that one day they will fall!
As you can see from the pictures, my hair grows normally, and you can clearly see baldness, I used to get used to all those little hair that hid the misery.
Second picture, the difference between D + 8 and D + 19, the gulfs reappear clearly.
I now understand that there is this famous cape of the "about 3 months" waiting before seeing the new hair. Name of Zeus, it will be long. Patience patience ...

here's an up-to-date photos at D + 38.
As you may notice nothing to change except that my primary hair grows!
I always have the recipient zone always pink, despite the aloe vera every night 

I estimate at least 1 month and a half waiting before the regrowth of grafts!

Here are the photos to M + 3, or 

 

finally a hair that make their appearances on the two golf courses! It is not huge but it changes at the level of the LF, it starts to take shape.
I always put Minox in Mousse Rogaine in order to accelerate all this, as a bit of the Round up! 

I think the most difficult course has passed!

Hello, I come back to you for the 6 months post op,
as you can notice there has been a good evolution over the last two months, the front line is well drawn, it lacks more than the density on the gulfs and the ' Back of the toupet, we see it on the pictures above!
I am still satisfied with the evolution, but I still have doubts about the growth of new grafts, I no longer see small hair pointed at my helmet, there is more to hope for a thickening of the Grafted hair for hidden a plus plus the skull.

Hello, I joined the pictures at 8 months, I zapped the pictures at 7 months, no interest for you!
The first 8 photos are with wet hair.
The last 2 dry hair.
Good to say about the evolution in the last two months, 

 

 no major evolution, I will even say that there is more evolution! I am still satisfied with the result 

 

it would miss more than a thickening of the hair it would be top, or perhaps new hair that appear, ok good I disconnect.
