Senior Member Curious Posted September 10, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted September 10, 2019 With that degree of loss, and donor that is thin, maybe try finasteride for a year and see if it does something for you.
Senior Member CosmoKramer Posted September 10, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted September 10, 2019 Hi Honest opinion, I would say your donor is not sufficient even for 2-2,500 grafts, if that, sadly. Although, I would definitely recommend giving Minoxidil and microneedling a try for 3-6 months, and if you can tolerate it, Finasteride as well. Good Luck! DG83
Thank`s for your opinion, and I`ll give micro-needling a try. Makes a SMP sense? https://s17.directupload.net/images/190910/3ifid92n.png Edited September 10, 2019 by DG83

Senior Member Louisjams Posted December 25, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted December 25, 2019 I think that if you had a goal of adding some hair to the front and leaving the crown alone you could have an outcome you could be happy with. These boards tends to gravitate towards some of the highest expectations and most aggressive outcomes, but it all depends on what you want to be happy.
