We did a frontal case on him a year or so ago and he returned to finish off the crown. Virtually always, I push patients to let me place a few hundred single hair grafts along the hairline. NO MATTER HOW TIGHTLY we pack hairs at the hairline...a few more always are beneficial. And particularly when we're back in the crown on that second case...those singles would be of less value than at the hairline. He lives nearby and I expect a final visit and video next summer.
