How many grafts? Am I a good candidate for transplant? (Video inside)

Pictures IMO do not show hair loss very well, so I've made a video if you wouldn't mind watching:

Stats:

Age 28

Medications:

Nizoral since age 23 twice per week

Minox once or twice per day since age 20

Finasteride 1mg per day since age 23

Microneedling once per week with 1.5mm, since November 2018, reduced to once per fornight as I dont feel it makes any difference

Biotin, fish oil and a few other vits, daily since 2017

Hair loss progression:

It has remained largely unchanged since age 21. At age 22 or so, my crown had a completely bald patch for around 6 months, which has since filled in. What you see in the video is how it has looked for about 6 or 7 years now.

Goal:

Fill in the hairline fully, possibly dropping the hairline a little too. Unfortunately I've had a large forehead since I was a child, which really doesn't help.

I'm deciding on Demirsoy, looking at May next year.

I’d say you’re a pretty good candidate as long as your donor is suitable which looked ok in the vid. Not sure if I’d be tempted to do strip though as it’ll maximise your grafts and you seem to wear your hair long enough on the sides and back, since you do have a lot of loss for your age

i’d say you’re a good candidate.

probably work on the frontal 1/3 with anywhere from 2500-3200 grafts would be my guess. i’m not familiar with demirsoy
