Rahal FUT NW 3

33 year old patient came in to restore hairline and mid front of hairline. Dr Rahal, designed a hairline to fill in the recession and to add density to mid front. The treatment area was 42m. The transplanted density done at 59grafts/cm or at 123 hairs/cm.

He now has more styling options with the new transplanted hair.

Zones Treated - 1 to 4

Grafts Transplanted  2487 grafts

Recipient Graft Density - 59 grafts/cm

This guy had great hair before! But why the dimly lit post ops? Even in this lighting it looks slightly weak on his left in the hairline. His hair does look great and he’s a great looking guy, but for 2.5k grafts with such little pre op hair loss I’d have expected it to look bulletproof tbh especially being a “showcase” result. I realise it’s probably a matter of a couple of hundred grafts and then it’s pretty much perfect though, and as I said he does look great regardless of the thinner area. I do wish this clinic would be more consistent with their lighting though.

Honestly, I think the light in the before and after pics is pretty much the same?!?!

Regarding the graft count for the area: #of singles is quite high and hair to graft ratio is quite low. Maybe this and the very aggressive hairline (which makes the area bigger than expected) explains the high graft count.
