I am unclear as to why you consider that your own (baseless) opinion, which is backed-up with no evidence whatsoever, is superior to that of a physician, but your agenda is clear. You are doing the community a disservice saying that clinics should be ruled-out based on nothing more than a hunch, however I am sure that people will see your comments for what they are and completely disregard them in any event. As Melvin suggested, let’s revisit this in a thread of its own.

I would appreciate if you could shed some light on this, if possible. Thanks

Senior Member keysersoze Posted December 8, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted December 8, 2019 @Melvin-Moderator Sorry dont mean to go off topic here, but have you made a how to/tutorial on using fibres?? I literally can never seem to get them to look any good at all (just have hairline issues, rest of hair is good).
Senior Member ahmeda87 Posted December 27, 2019 Author Senior Member Share Posted December 27, 2019 (edited) 7.5 months - Pro - I no longer need to wear nanogen/hair fibres - that is ONLY if I style my hair flat and forward as you can see in the picture. Con - my hairline at the front is still gappy so if I style my hair up at the front then I need nanogen/hair fibres Please Note** I do not part my hair, only for demonstration purposes. The 90's are over. 😂 What do you think so far? Edited December 27, 2019 by ahmeda87
Regular Member Shmiggy Posted December 30, 2019 Regular Member Share Posted December 30, 2019 Results really starting to fill in. Will be interesting to see over the next 3 months how the hairline looks. Would like to see it styled like you want to style it. Much better than where you started.

Senior Member Gasthoerer Posted December 31, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted December 31, 2019 I think you have seen a major improvement overall and you should be very happy. Please post some pictures with pics properly styled to get a better understanding of the hairline. 400+ grafts in 2018 and 2900 grafts in 2020 via FUE with Feriduni

Senior Member ahmeda87 Posted February 22, 2020 Author Senior Member Share Posted February 22, 2020 (edited) Month 9 + 8 days : Positive. I can wear my hear without nanogon (hair fibres) when styles forward ONLY. Top and mid is filled in a lot but my hair is quite long. I will get a cut soon and see if I can still wear my hair without nanogon when styled forward. Negative. Hairline is very spare. Within Nanogon and Vo5 putty I can JUST ABOUT style the front of my hair up.... but close up you can see gaps still. Please Note : I do not part my hair, its just for demonstration so you can see the difference compared to the start. Dr Lupanzula said he could fix this but I need to wait until month 12. Maybe 500-700 grafts? Edited February 22, 2020 by ahmeda87

Senior Member ahmeda87 Posted May 16, 2020 Author Senior Member Share Posted May 16, 2020 12 months: Overall massive important and happy considering it was only 2664 grafts to cover a large area. Hard to tell but the hairline certainly need's a touch up. I spoke to the Dr and he also agreed that maybe 600 grafts. As styling my hair up even with hair fibres looks abit gappy/spare HOWEVER I can wear my hair forward without hair gel or hair fibres so that is a massive plus. Hair is super long due to obvious reasons haha. Hopefully barbers open up soon.
Regular Member Struggle Posted May 16, 2020 Regular Member Share Posted May 16, 2020 Nice result, if the photos don't deceive me I think you can style your hair up right now, you don't appear balding. With the touch up you will be perfect
Senior Member HTHope Posted May 16, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted May 16, 2020 The hair spread apart really shows not much difference between the transplanted zone and your crown which is great. A small top up of the hairline will get you in a very good spot. To be frank, not many people would probably notice the front so its more of a personal goal to improve those areas.

Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted May 17, 2020 Administrators Share Posted May 17, 2020 Massive improvement, I agree just a small patch in the front, 600 grafts would be more than enough. I’ve become my own barber in this quarantine lol. 1 I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I do not receive any compensation from any clinic. My comments are not medical advice. Is it worth 3 months of potential ugly duckling phase? IMO no, but then again it may look near perfect afterwards. 1 I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. And the hairline, in my opinion looks good enough... maybe a touch-up in a couple of years but for now, your new look is TOP! Enjoy!!!
