Senior Member Baldrick101 Posted May 2, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted May 2, 2019 That is a lot of grafts for what appears to be a fairly gentle cosmetic improvement. Does look very natural though. Are there any immediate post op pics?

jonnyalex
He show 0 sign whatsoever that he had a hair transplant, sure it's a lot for grafts but that looks as natural as you can get!
Senior Member Torip Posted May 4, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted May 4, 2019 Really...this is the result of a 4000 grafts procedure, that to with FUT where the yield percentages are expected to be nearly 100%. The patitent's top looks still pretty sparse. Very marginal improvement for a such large procedure.

But upon closer inspection of the post op pics, to me at least, you can see the hairline has actually been lowered quite a lot and that has had the lion's share of the grafts. Was it really necessary to lower the hairline so much? I'll reserve judgement. Nice result.
Valued Contributor Steeeve Posted May 5, 2019 Valued Contributor Share Posted May 5, 2019 I think the work looks amazing. I think it looks truly natural. I see a wall of hair, especially in those temples, where there was none before. Well done.
LonelyGraft
Very natural end result. Dr Path what is the reason temple points are built above the original hairs in that area? I’ve seen many doctors do the same and I always wonder why.
Dr. Damkerng Pathomvanich
Dear jj51702 The temple point was restored where it original belonged with very fine hair that can be seen. I did not change. Dear Torip The patient wanted the hairline even lower and I told him just to reinforce the thin hairline that he has. You can see the top view of before and after that is not too low. The area the doctor worked in was limited to the frontal area from the looks of it, and there is a large amount of barren area that now looks fuller than any of his native hair.
