22 years old. How are my hairs?

Recommended Posts

Hi, sorry to bother you with a topic about my hairs, but as you know it can led to overthinking ecc.

I'm a male, 22 years old. I think my hair on the temples are thinning. The crown area seems ok to me (you can see a little spot but it becacuse the hairs are a little bit styled up due to the position I sleep the previous night. What do you think?

Concerning family my dad (55 years old) has lost a goud amount of hairs but it's not bald yet and has a good amount of hairs for his age. Always talking about my father side family my grandpa is bald and my uncle too (hi started loosing hairs very young). My grandpa from my mother died a few years ago but he had great hairs.

Thank you very much.

Medical therapy at this point will be sufficient for you :

1. Antishedding treatment  will prolong your anagen phase ( or growing phase of your hair cycle ) and improve hair caliber, hair lenght  and hair pigmentation : Finasteride 1mg once per day for 1 year + Help Hair whey protein  ( 3 times per week ) .

2. Stimulants will somehow reverse your hair cycle and improve hair quality ( caliber and pigmentation ) : Minoxidil , laser cap , vitamins for hairs , ... are among products to choose .

The treatment will slow down your hair loss progression and improve your hair quality providing you a better scalp coverage .
