You seem to have a nice set of hair. Problem, you have black hair, light scalp and there is a lot of contrast.  That does not help.  The fact that we have a whirl in that area, that does not help either. Hair is going in all directions and is not shingling like it does in the front and top.  I don't believe this is a thinning issue, check with a transplant surgeon.  During a consultation he should be able to confirm this.  Or you can go to the dermatologist.
