Best hairline specialist between these top 3?

Hi guys,

I have made a lot of research on this website and on others and finally got to the best of the best surgeons based on videos, pictures, reviews, experiences..

For a bit of background, I am 31, Norwood 3 and looking for a surgeon who would combine:

- natural but agressive hairline design

- max density level based on donor area and futur hair loss progression

- artistic temple closure

So the final list I got to is: Konior, Hasson, Rahal.

Who is the best for you and why ?

thanks !

Had the same shortlist, went with Konior.

All three are hairline masters — Rahal’s hairlines are probably the most aggressive of the three (his best results might be the most aesthetically pleasing overall), while Konior really excels at naturalness and using relatively few grafts to make a huge cosmetic difference. H&W is great too but I think they tend to use slightly more grafts to get similar cosmetic results.

They all do seriously top notch temple work.

Konior is the most expensive and has a waitlist of over a year, but IMO these are really pros as much as they are cons. He also performs the majority of the procedure himself while the others utilize techs more extensively. Is that worth the extra money and longer wait? Only you can decide.

I would also add Ron Shapiro to the list. Outstanding hairlines. Very natural. He is more of a 2-pass for density, which is not a bad thing. I actually find that the more experienced the doctor gets, he/she is a master at creating the illusion of density, less is more.

@Gasthoerer re: Density in one pass - H&W

...I always like to differ the two. Wong vs. Hasson. Dr. Wong being by choice for "crown and one-pass." I actually sent my cousin to Dr. Wong. Thoughts?

I’d second the Shapiro recommendation, I haven’t seen as many results from his clinic recently but he too has a great reputation for natural hairlines.

I agree that for one pass mega sessions, Hasson and Wong are excellent.

Dr Baubac also gets decent hairlines.

Dr Feller had some quite natural hairlines.

Dr Keser puts out decent hairlines

Dr Gabel has had some good work here

Dr Freitas is great and he is booked a long time

there are more but it doesnt hurt to get a consult with these docs as well.

best of luck
