YungPab Posted January 26, 2019 Posted January 26, 2019 (edited) So I’m 8 months in and my growth is significantly better on one side than the other , I can not remember the amount of grafts I had done , but it was only a small area on my frontal hairline being filled in to correct a widows peak. Could you guys have a look at my photos and share your opinions , my surgeon assured me that density and coverage wouldn’t of been a issue , just wondering what people’s opinions are and if anyone else experienced most of there growth around 8 month and beyond. Thanks Edited January 26, 2019 by YungPab
Senior Member Fozzie Posted January 27, 2019 Senior Member Posted January 27, 2019 From the pictures, it doesn't look too bad but in all honesty it's difficult to offer a real opinion without knowing how many grafts were transplanted and without a pre transplant picture.
Senior Member Gasthoerer Posted January 27, 2019 Senior Member Posted January 27, 2019 +1 more pictures are required 400+ grafts in 2018 and 2900 grafts in 2020 via FUE with Feriduni
Senior Member pkipling Posted January 31, 2019 Senior Member Posted January 31, 2019 Without more information - and with before and after pictures - it makes this difficult to assess. It would also be visually supportive if you could make a collage of some sort so that we can see the pictures side by side: Left side before/Left side now, and the same for the right side. To answer your original question though - Yes, you can expect to continue to see growth even after 8 months. I am a patient advocate for Dr. Parsa Mohebi in Los Angeles, CA. My views/opinions are my own and don't necessarily reflect the opinions of Dr. Mohebi and his staff. Check out my hair loss website for photos FUE surgery by Dr. Mohebi on 7/31/14 2,001 grafts - Ones: 607; Twos: 925; Threes: 413; Fours: 56
Senior Member Shera Posted January 31, 2019 Senior Member Posted January 31, 2019 Hi Yungpab, Your hairline looks OK for 8 months. You still have the possibility of more growth and your hair itself will over the next few months mature back to its natural state hopefully giving you a more softer look. Be patient and ride it out.
