Dr. Arocha and Dr. Armani I believe only do hair transplants. Dr. Lam seems like a very nice guy and is passionate about his work but at the time I met him he had to fly in his one technician when he performed hair transplants. Experienced technicians are a very important part of having a successful hair transplant. For example look at the picture below showing the large staff/technicians that work at Hasson/Wong. For me the patient it was very comforting to see a staff that deep built for doing nothing but hair transplants.
